Dr. Jim Anderson, the "Business Side of IT Expert", works with IT departments to solve two types of problems: making the IT department more valuable to the rest of the company and making IT staff more business savvy. Dr. Anderson uses his unique IT experiences that have been gained by working in all parts of various IT shops including hard core software engineering, systems engineering, program management, and product management.
