Dr. Jim Anderson Cited In The Effective Engineering Newsletter

Dr. Jim Anderson’s recent article on dysfunctional Information Technology (IT) workplaces has been cited in the February, 2010 edition of Tom Dennis’ “Effective Engineering” newsletter.

Dr. Anderson’s article, which was originally published under the title “Do You Suffer From “Munchausen At Work” Syndrome?” on his The Accidental IT Leader blog was referenced as part of the article “Munchausen by Proxy in the Workplace”.

Tom Dennis, President of Effective Engineering, used this article to explore how engineering managers can deal with this condition when they detect it in their workplace.
